Easy Protein-Packed Dinner in 30 Minutes.

Let’s talk about a meal that hits all the right notes: quick, protein-packed, and full of flavor. If you’re like me—constantly juggling a million things but still wanting to fuel your body with something nourishing—these Garlic Butter Steak Strips with Roasted Brussels Sprouts will be your new go-to.

This dish is all about simplicity meets indulgence—tender steak strips coated in garlicky, buttery goodness paired with crispy, roasted Brussels sprouts. It’s high in protein (~45g per serving!), balanced with fiber-rich greens, and ridiculously easy to throw together.

What You’ll Need:

For the Steak Bites:

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Roasted Brussels Sprouts:

  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: honey, creole seasoning, Italian seasoning.

How to Make It:

1. Roast the Brussels Sprouts
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy on the edges. (Pro tip: Don’t overcrowd the pan—this helps them crisp up instead of steaming.)

2. Sear the Steak Bites
While the sprouts are roasting, heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt the butter. Add the steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes per side for a perfect crust. Add the minced garlic in the last 30 seconds, letting it become fragrant without burning.

3. Serve & Enjoy
Plate your juicy steak strips alongside the roasted Brussels sprouts and sprinkle everything with fresh parsley for a pop of color and freshness. That’s it—dinner is served!
